Nigel is an experienced and professional business consultant specialising in learning and development, business performance improvement and change.
His career began with H M Government and he later worked for several large accountancy firms before becoming a partner in Mazars, a worldwide accounting and consulting firm.
In 1999 he established his own independent consulting firm providing a wide range of training, development and consulting services to businesses ranging from small and medium sized enterprises to large blue chip and global corporations.
Nigel has a first class record of helping businesses achieve outstanding results through the efforts of their own people and brings a creative and enthusiastic yet realistic and practical approach to the pursuit and achievement of business excellence.
In addition to working with Cranfield school of Management, he is also a Visiting Fellow at Manchester Business School where for over twelve years he has designed and delivered a range of programmes for the school’s Executive Development Centre.
Nigel is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management, a tutor and examiner for the Chartered Institute of Management .
He is also a qualified and accredited facilitator of the Strengths Deployment Inventory SDI™.
